Can customized furniture be returned or exchanged?

Customized furniture is made to customer specifications and, once production is confirmed, is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue. Please carefully review all details during the design confirmation stage.
Under what circumstances are issues not considered product quality problems?

Slight color variations resulting from differences in display monitor settings, lighting conditions, or the natural grain of wood shall not be considered product quality issues.
Slight whitening on the edges of certain areas may occur as part of the normal production process and shall not be considered a product quality issue.

Minor wear or scratches on concealed areas of the product, such as the bottom, caused during handling shall not be considered product quality issues.

Minor wear on connection points that may occur during trial assembly and quality inspection at the factory for large knockdown (KD) products, which does not affect appearance or functionality after installation, shall not be considered a product quality issue.

Why are the wood grain and color of furniture not uniform?

Black walnut wood, due to its natural characteristics, exhibits inherent variations in grain patterns and color tones between individual trees. As a result, products may display unique natural features such as light and dark wood grains, knots, or mineral streaks. While JingCraft selects FAS-grade lumber (the highest international standard for clear surface wood grading), these natural variations cannot be entirely avoided.
