JingCraft provides professional delivery for furniture across Adelaide and Australia.
We specialise in North American walnut furniture and offer fast, reliable shipping with clear delivery fees.

1. Where We Deliver

JingCraft ships to:

  • Adelaide Metro

  • South Australia regional areas

  • All Australian states and territories

  • Metro areas(VIC / NSW / QLD / WA / TAS)

  • Selected remote regions

We work with trusted local couriers and national freight partners to deliver furniture safely across Australia.

 

2. Delivery Fees

2.1. Adelaide Metro – Free Delivery

We offer free delivery for all orders within Adelaide metro.

This includes most suburbs within 15–20 km of the Adelaide CBD.

Why free delivery?
Because we want Adelaide customers to enjoy a smooth and affordable furniture-buying experience.

2.2. Australia-Wide Shipping

For customers outside Adelaide:

  • Base rate: A$100 per order

  • Additional item fee: A$25 per extra item

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and number of items.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

JingCraft’s furniture is crafted and delivered with care.
Please note that all deliveries across Australia—Adelaide metro, regional SA, and all interstate locations—require approximately 10–16 weeks.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Production and craftsmanship schedule

  • Freight partner availability

  • Your delivery location

  • Seasonal logistics delays

We will notify you once your order is ready and arrange a suitable delivery window.

 

4. Delivery Process

When your order is ready:

  • You receive an SMS or email

  • Delivery time window is arranged

  • Our courier brings the item to your doorstep

Furniture Access Note:
If your home has stairs, tight spaces, limited access, or multi-level delivery, extra handling fees may apply depending on the freight company.

 

5. Packaging & Handling

Our furniture is professionally packed with:

  • Protective foam

  • Corner guards

  • Double-layer cartons

  • Optional pallet wrapping for interstate freight

We aim to minimise damage during transport while keeping packaging environmentally conscious.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours:

  • Include photos or videos

  • Provide your order number

We will promptly arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to the Australian Consumer Law.

 

7. Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not offer:

  • International shipping

  • Click & Collect

  • Assembly services
