JingCraft Furniture Shipping & Delivery Policy
JingCraft provides professional furniture delivery services across major metropolitan areas in Australia. Our delivery fees are calculated transparently based on delivery postcode zones, ensuring fair and consistent pricing for each region.
Assembly of the furniture itself is carried out by JingCraft Furniture and/or our approved partners. This service does not include fixing, mounting, or securing furniture to any part of your home’s structure (including walls, floors, ceilings, cabinetry, or skirting). If you would like to arrange structural fixing, we’re happy to assist by providing relevant parts information and product specifications upon request.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery and assembly services within the following metropolitan areas:

All deliveries are handled by trusted local couriers and national freight partners experienced in transporting furniture safely and securely.
2. Delivery Fee Structure (Postcode-Based)
Delivery and assembly fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the number of items in your order. Pricing is structured by metropolitan zones rather than straight-line distance.
2.1 Adelaide Metro
Inner Metro Postcodes (around 25km away from CBD, vary by postcode)

Delivery fees vary by postcode zone and will be displayed at checkout
2.2 Sydney & Melbourne Metro
Inner Metro Postcodes From $100
Base delivery fee: A$100 per order
Additional item fee: A$25 per additional item
Outer Metro Postcodes From $160
Delivery fees vary by postcode zone and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Pricing is based on zone classification, not exact kilometers distance
In rare cases involving difficult access or fringe postcodes, additional charges may apply. If so, our team will contact you prior to dispatch.
3. Delivery Timeframes
All JingCraft furniture is made to order and delivered with care.
All deliveries across Australia require approximately 10–16 weeks.
Our warehouse is based in Adelaide. In-stock items located in Adelaide can usually be dispatched within 1 week of order confirmation.

4. Delivery Process
When your order is ready for dispatch:
You will receive notification via SMS or email
A delivery window will be scheduled
Our courier will deliver the item to your address
Access & Handling
Additional handling fees may apply if delivery involves:
Stairs or limited lift access
Narrow entryways
Multi-level or complex access conditions
These fees are determined by the freight provider and will be confirmed prior to delivery where applicable.
5. Packaging & Handling
All JingCraft furniture is professionally packed using:
Protective foam padding
Corner guards
Double-layer cartons
Optional pallet wrapping for interstate deliveries
We aim to minimise transit damage while maintaining environmentally responsible packaging practices.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:
